Have you ever went offline/ had your net down in chrome, if not just try to switch off your data while opening chrome. There is an interesting dino running game at the start of the web page if you go offline. 

The Dinosaur Game (also known as the Chrome Dino) is a browser game developed by Google and built into the Google Chrome web browser. The player guides a pixelated Tyrannosaurus rex across a side-scrolling landscape, avoiding obstacles to achieve a higher score.

You can either go offline, or type chrome://dino or chrome://network-error/-106 in the Omnibox of google to play the game.

Microsoft's Surf Game

Here comes another offline game from Google's top competitor "Microsoft".

Surf is a browser game developed by Microsoft that is shipped with the Microsoft Edge web browser. In the game, the player must control a surfer as they move across a body of water while also collecting power-ups and evading obstacles and a kraken.

To access the game , just type "edge://surf" in the edge browser.

This game has three modes:
-Endless 
-Time trial and
-Zigzag.
